Because items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. During high-demand periods (holidays), this may extend slightly.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a few days to activate.
International Orders
Besides Canada shipping is only available to residents in the US. Shipping is also free!

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at prmbeautyy@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.
